ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness Training

1. INTRODUCTION
   ISO 9001 is the most widely used standard in the world.  This Quality Management System standard forms the foundation for defining a system of processes required to achieve customer satisfaction which is the fundamental reason of existence for all organizations. 
   

   The latest 2015 edition of the standard emphasizes leadership from the top management to ensure the system meets its intended outcome.  Top management has to be accountable and provide supports and resources to the organization, especially in aligning the system to the organization’s strategic business planning.

   This training course is aimed to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard in order to carry out their respective roles in an organization according to the requirements.  

2. COURSE OBJECTIVES
   The objectives of this training aim to provide the participants an interpretation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements as well as understanding of the rationale and the foundation of the standard.

   • The ISO9001:2015 requirements;
   • Understanding the organization and its context; needs and expectations of interested parties; scope of the system; processes of the quality management system quality objectives and planning to achieve them; planning of changes;
   • Introduction risk analysis; actions to address risks and opportunities;
   • Introduction to process approach;
   • Course summary

4. WHO SHOULD ATTEND
   This course is compulsory and designed for quality professionals, management staff, QA and QC Engineers and supervisors who are likely to involve or currently involving in the implementing of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS and/ other related documented quality systems.
