Internal Auditing Training for Process Approach [ISO 9001:2015]

1. INTRODUCTION
   As per stipulated in Clause 9.2 ISO 9001:2015, Internal Quality Audits have to be carried out periodically based on the status and importance of the system in order to ensure that implemented Quality Management System is effective and is complying with the specific requirements.

   Internal Quality Auditors appointed to perform this specific task must be trained and competent in order to ensure that audits are performed systematically and objectively. In the new version of ISO 9001:2015, process approach is greatly emphasized in designing the business processes of the Quality Management System and the similar concept is expected to be used for the internal quality auditing. This course is to provide the participants with the necessary knowledge and methodology to meet such requirements in particular on the process-approach auditing which is demanded by most of the certification body’s auditors.

2. COURSE OBJECTIVES
   The objectives of this training aim to provide the participants with the profound understanding on the key notes of ISO 9001:2015 and the methodology in applying process approach in auditing.

4. WHO SHOULD ATTEND
   This course is compulsory and designed for Internal Quality Auditors, quality professionals, management staff, QA and QC Engineers and supervisors who are likely to involve or currently involving in the implementing of the ISO 9000:2015 QMS and/ other related documented quality systems.

5. METHOD AND MEDIUM
   Lectures form the basic method of presentation. Comprehensive training notes are provided. The medium of instruction is English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is available if required.
