MS 1480:2019 HACCP Internal Audit Course

1. INTRODUCTION
   

   As stipulated in MS 1480:2019 HACCP standards, an internal HACCP audit must be carried out periodically, based on the needs and significance of the system, to ensure that the implemented system is effective and complies with the specific requirements.

   The internal auditors appointed to perform this task must be trained and competent to ensure that audits are conducted systematically and objectively. This course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and methodology to meet these requirements.

2. COURSE OBJECTIVES
   This course focuses on developing the essential skills to evaluate and report on the conformity and implementation of processes according to MS 1480:2019.  Participants will learn to initiate audits, prepare, and execute audit activities, compile, and distribute audit reports, and manage follow-up actions effectively.
